Canapés & Big Bites

Small bites bursting with flavour, beautifully and imaginatively presented with every attention to detail – our canapé menus are designed to give your events that extra wow factor. We offer two types of canapé service: Built onsite and drop-off.

Our drop off canapé service is where the canapés are made at our kitchen and delivered to you ready to serve on your own platters (or we can provide smart disposable platters for a small charge). We have also included some reheatable canapes choices – which can be easily warmed up by you to provide hot canapes for your guests.

Our built onsite canapé service includes an onsite chef/s to prepare the dishes in a style to suit your party. Our onsite menus offer an extensive range of hot and cold canapés and we also have a wide range of serveware which can be used free of charge for your event.

Bowls

Serious parties require serious food and sometimes you need a little bit more than a few bites. Our bowl food are mini meals – served up in a bowl – perfect for parties that will be in full swing for a while.

Serving & Bar Staff, Drinks & Cocktails

We can also arrange all the staffing required to make your event a success. Our Front of House team work directly for us, many of whom have butler training so know exactly what is required to look after you and your guests.

Our staff can serve drinks provided by you (we dont charge corkage) or we can also arrange to bring in drinks for you which are competitively priced. We can recommend soft drinks, wines and beers based on the food choices made to suit all budgets. We also have mixologists in our team – so if you are looking for cocktails, we can get it sorted.

10/10 canapés!! We booked flavour kitchen for our wedding at The Asylum and I just couldn’t be happier. We had so many compliments on them. Also, the fact that I’m a vegetarian and my husband is Scottish - the Vegemite haggis went down a treat haha it’s like they were made for us. Even though I was full of nerves and adrenaline I still managed to eat them because they were that good.

Delicious Canapes and lovely staff to serve them. The variety and ease of eating the canapes was great, no dripping sauces or awkward shapes.The staff did a great job of taking them round and filling up the drinks. The guests thoroughly enjoyed them and we loved not having to worry about serving everyone. Sinead was very helpful with suggestions and it really could not have been easier. I shall definitely be using you again.

Absolutely incredible caterer! They came out in the worst of the British weather to create and incredible bbq for our family celebrations, would recommend to anyone and everyone. The food was phenomenal and catered for everyone - thank you again
