We operate kitchens in both London and Kent, enabling us to work with some fabulous local producers who supply us with the freshest seasonal goods available. Our trusted suppliers include Perry Court Farm in the beautiful Kent Downs AONB and The Goods Shed in Canterbury for premium meat and seasonal vegetables; South Coast Sea Fayre and Boat House Fisheries for fresh, locally landed fish; and Gilda Bakery for freshly baked artisanal bread and pastries.
